You may have noticed that this writer tried to be all sorts of clever with this title by tying Don Henley from The Eagles in to this post all about Strunway shirts and fashion, yo. And if you didn't notice, then it's safe to say, you should probably just ignore the beginning part of this post, okay? And focus on the main attraction at hand ... which happens to be our White Henley Neck Shirt made of linen. And the thing we love about this piece the most? The fact that it plays style host whether it is paired up with a casual, comfy Stripe Elastic Waistband Pant or a dressy ensemble with a three-piece suit (kind of a) slant.
But today we are leaning towards the more casual dressing way ... like an outfit that Don Henley would wear during one of his concerts, okay? Because our linen shirt is lightweight enough for him not to be sweating in and stuff. See how this writer tied it right back in to Don Hen(ley)? Okay, seriously, we'll get back to now what you should be wearing with our linen shirt for some pop star-like pow. We've already established the Stripe Elastic Pants that we have paired with it, now what about what you'll be walking in? How about a Black & White Oxford Dress Shoe? Man, would it look good with our shirt and you, too!
Okay. Now the pressure is really on. This is this writer's last chance to somehow really tie in this Don Henley blogging rant. Let's pretend that you are on your way to an Eagles concert, okay? What's the one thing you don't want to have to constantly be worrying about? That you won't be able to hands-free dance around! So we've got the solution for you in our Black Necklace Card Holder, dudes! That also looks good with our Classic Black Newsboy Cap, too! So see, that's it, that's how Don Henley from The Eagles ties in with all of this! This writer did it, dudes, and it is ALL thanks to our white linen shirt and you!!
For those of you men who can't quite get with the "man bag" trend (made famous by the character of Joey in and on the television show Friends) we here at Strunway just may have a viable solution for you that comes in the form of a multi-colored and casual drawstring-ed and patterned backpack so cool. That no doubt can easily hold things like your laptop, iPad, wallet and/or iPhone; not to mention the fact that it is bringing its own kind of fresh school style back, seeing how it is, after all, an actual backpack. So now maybe is the time for you to sit down at your desk and get ready to be schooled with your first lesson, yes, on just what stylish Strunway pieces you can wear with it now to get the most street style cred and pow. So get your pens and pencils ready to write, 'cause this is going to be one heck of a (style) lesson, alright??
As any good teacher or professor would tell you, it's best to start at the beginning, true? So what would the stylish start be to any wardrobe or outfit you want to be dressing? Anyone, anyone? Yes, you with your hand up, what say you? Oh, you say to start at the top with what shirt to wear with your cool backpack and what not? Well guess what, you are right. So let's do just that now, alright? We're sure you've noticed in the pics that we chose a Deep Round Neck 3/4 Yellow Sleeve Tee in a loose fit, a pair of black and red mirrored sunglasses and an NYC emblazoned denim bucket hat. So why do you think we did that? Because all those colors go with all of the patchwork colors on the backpack, yes? See that's it. You just have to know all the tricks that we can teach before you go out of the door - and onto the style streets ...
But wait! Our style lesson isn't quite done, we've still got to talk about the bottom of your outfit fun ... as in just what pants and/or shorts and shoes you should think to wear with your backpack-laden outfit; sound fair? If we've already started this particular pic'd outfit with all patchwork colors found in your "man bag" piece, what color should you wear on your legs to complement your ensemble's style, say we? If you wrote down or said a striped short that's white and blue, well, then we've got a grade of A to give to you! And what shoe could possibly tie together/in this outfit that is so stylin'? A woven navy slip-on, yes! And we know that wasn't just an educated guess! In closing, we teachers feel you've done such a great job with our style lesson, for real, that you deserve a li'l break. Anyone up for a round of Pac(k)man at the arcade??

When putting together an outfit (we're especially talking about you, dudes) we seem to forget all the other different colors that our wardrobe pieces happen to match and go with. Take for instance the color navy blue, won't you? It's been talked about (and frowned upon) in the past that anything combined with it just wouldn't last. (Especially the color black.) Or that it's only the best used when it's on a pair of denim pants dyed blue. Well we are here today to prove that all wrong, okay? And to let the navy blue color and hue take center Strunway stage with its hue on our Casual Navy Stitched Sneakers that are, yep ... blue.
So we're going to go ahead and dive right into it with you right now, okay, dudes? And we thought we'd take the more traditional dressing route, you know, so there's no doubt on just how you can go and take navy blue right back to center of the shade (and color) stage. Have you ever heard it be said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it?" Well, whoever said that was right, you know, you don't always have to reinvent the wardrobe wheel. So. We're not going to. (Especially when talking about the navy blue hue.) In fact, we're taking the shade and matching it up with some of our Straight Fit Classic Pants, okay???
And to make sure and keep to this whole navy blue center stage show, we are going to pair it on the top with something it won't feel the need to compete with, yo: A u-necked and long-sleeved white tee that goes with it swimmingly, all sailor-like with the outfit's two colors: Navy and white. Did you like that joke we just made about the sailor-like blue and white shades? We thought you would. 'Cause we here at Strunway are just that comedic(ally) good. Oh. And we can't forget a sweater that's striped to wrap or tie around your shoulders, alright? So that is how you and your outfit can be center stage ... in the navy.
With the summer sun still shining oh so bright, we're banking on the fact you still like wearing tank tops, are we right? We think so. So much so that we're going ahead and devoting a whole blog post on one of those tops for you to scope out and also buy to sport some summer style (still) so fly. So just what top are we talking about? Oh, just our Chest Striped Tank Top with a pocket that is color blocked; which happens to look oh so good when you are out strutting your stuff in the style savvy streets of your neighborhood. But before you go on out there, let us help you with what else you, too, can now wear ...
See in those pictures up there, the model that we have paired with not only the color blocked tank top, but also with acid black jogger pants to pop some style love to all things denim? And to make the outfit that much more complete, we couldn't forget the cool jewelry and accessories. Take the silver Vintage Winged Arrow Pendant, won't you please? It hits in just the right place to accent our model's pretty little face. And if you're thinking you want some arm candy, too, well then we've got the braided leather link bracelet colored white, black and green for you. Now that that's all done, on to the shoes! Fun!
And wouldn't you know it, we have the perfect pair for you to wear with your cool outfit that we've so kindly put together and pictured here for you. Gosh, we are so great over here at Strunway. Alright, enough about us, it's time for the shoe stuff. Just give these khaki sneaks a look and you'll see how they'll go with this featured ensemble, perfectly. And it doesn't hurt that they are a rad shade of green. Now on to the last, but not least, must-have clothing piece: The Seoul Milano City Beanie that somehow completes our outfit so nicely; so yeah, we banked that you'd want our tank and were right. Hooray !!!
Today we are looking to officially (albeit fashionably) debunk that only ladies can wear floral patterns for some style funk. Because, our dapper dudes, it's just NOT TRUE. And we've got the petal pushin' proof, too, in the form of our 'This bud's for you' Orange Floral Dots Navy Snapback Hat; whatcha think about THAT?!? We mean, jeez. Just look at how manly our model still looks, even with a floral-y hat/hood. He seems to definitely be in the know when it comes to putting on one heck of a stylish little stem show. Besides, it kind of puts a whole new meaning and spin on that of 'flower power,' now doesn't it?!?
So just how do we put our stylish yet still manly man stamp on that of a little flowery patterned hat? What a good question, we say, and we'll show you right now, straight away, with some pieces a la Strunway. Let's start with the perfect shirt for you to pair with and werk. The Casual Chest Pocket Loose Fit Cotton Tee seems to fit in, rather perfectly. It's casual enough to give off the vibe that you are more than comfortable with your floral and feminine side, and when paired up with Round Circle Mirrored Sunnies colored blue, it just literally SCREAMS our 'this bud's for you' kind of petal-pushin' proof ... right, dudes???
But now we must (finally) gain even more of your trust and get down to your legs and "stems" and just what to wear and put on them. Luckily for you, we've got that style solution, too: Casual Camouflage Patterned and Banded Shorts as our style source; and as a bonus, they look super dope with our Woven Navy Flat Slip-On Sneaks (and those aforementioned camo shorts.) So we are done. We've now shown you how the style war can be won when it comes down to how you can wear flowers like the ladies, sons. And somehow the statement of our 'this bud's for you' now rings all the more louder and true.
There's really not a more quintessential and stylish shirt on a man than that of one that is made from a checkered plaid. Think about it for just a bit. Have you never NOT seen a man look super good in it? It goes with literally everything and looks darn good with a well-fitted pair of blue jeans. So we thought it deserved yet another style spotlight and nod today from us and our plaid-loving peeps over here at Strunway. So keep on reading all the way down to the end of this post, for we're going to tell you how to get the absolute most out of the plaid in your closet's zone so you, too, can be ... plaid to the bone.
So the first step in getting into the plaid to the bone closet zone is to decide how you want your plaid shirt to be shown. Meaning, do you want it to look all sorts of "casually", with a haphazardly rolled-up sleeve? That's definitely how we would prefer to wear our 3 Color Plaid Shirts; which is more than obvious and evident if you just look to today's many post pics. But that's not to say that we don't like it styled another way, like, buttoned all the way up with a tweed suit or jacket. But back to the rolled-up sleeve, 'cause we tend to like rolling up everything, including a Dark Navy Straight Fit Jean. Soo sleek, don't you think?
And to carry on (and round out) the theme of our plaid shirt looking all "casually," we want you to be aware of just which Strunway accessories you should pair with said checkered shirt when you wear it on the style street out there, for sure. Take our Casual Leather Brown Bag that just so happens to look oh so good with our shirt of plaid. And could amply fit more plaid shirts for you to in-the-future purchase, too. Or a Crocodile Pattern Leather Belt to keep your denim'd legs looking svelte down to your toes and our Navy Tassel Shoes a la boat. So, yeah. That is how to be 'in the zone' we call plaid to the bone.

We're still all quite cosmically obsessed with everything do with the galaxies, the universe and the stars, yes? Especially with currently playing movies and shows like Guardians of the Galaxy and Cosmos. So it should come as no real shock that that's just what we are going to blog and talk about today with our very own shoe-like milky way in the form of some Strunway blue slip-on sneaks pictured here for you to see. So all you stargazing studs and fellows that study philosophers like Galileo, get your telescopes ready and fixed on our fashion-y Strunway skies, for this is going to be one heck of a head-to-toe & stylin' ride.
So when you gaze up at the starry skies with the telescope you're toting at night, what's one thing that you hope to find? Some constellations, right? Well, what if we were to try and tie in some of our other Strunway pieces as a new clothing-like constellation? To go with the blue and white slip-on sneaks you're hopefully wearing on your feet? Like a Lime Solid Long Sleeved Shirt. Yeah. That could totally work. And it would look pretty good with the slip-on sneaks you've got; the ones that cosmically resemble the galaxy and what not. And just another way to connect the dots ... to the clothes constellation(s) being sought.
But no Strunway clothing constellation could be complete without going all in from your head down to your sneak(ed) feet. So we thought we'd start your day with sunnies you should wear, okay? Some in the navy shade to act as your telescope in the day. Now moving down to what to wear on your legs to match your galaxy'd feet, mkay? What about US Army Patch denim shorts to act as your space suit/clothes cohort? And don't forget to add a fashion fanny pack to put your cosmic coordinates in for when you are telescoping at night again. So our galaxy quest is now done. That is it. Wanna see our spaceship?
Sometimes you just gotta fight back. #mensfashion #strunway #dapper #streetfash
